Delivery

Standard delivery across the UAE takes 3-5 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Delivery costs AED 5, and is free for orders of AED 200 or more.

Exchange and refunds

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged or the wrong model, and we will exchange it for the same model, subject to availability. Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund. See the refund policy for full details.
