Refund policy
Exchange & Refund Policy
We offer an exchange or refund policy, subject to the conditions below.
If you experience any issue with your product within 7 days of delivery, you can contact us to request an exchange or refund.
Exchange
If your product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will exchange it for the same model at no extra cost, subject to availability.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Refund
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, a 30% deduction will be applied to the total amount paid.
Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the product and confirm that it meets our eligibility requirements.
Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Eligible Items
Certain types of items may not be eligible for exchange or refund, including items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or are missing their original packaging or accessories.
Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for exchange or refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, applicable consumer protection laws may provide a 14-day right to cancel or withdraw from an online purchase, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.
